  • $140 - A one-hour follow-up session focused on individualized care, combining manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise progression, and education to keep you moving toward your goals.

  • $110 - A 45 minute follow-up session focused on individualized care, combining manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise progression, and education to keep you moving toward your goals.

  • $125/hr - Designed for those without a current injury who want to move, perform, and feel their best. Whether you’re looking to optimize strength, improve mobility, prevent injury, or develop a personalized training strategy, this session provides expert guidance tailored to your goals.

  • Why Doesn’t Refinery Physio Accept Insurance?

    At Refinery Physio, our focus is simple: providing exceptional, one-on-one care that is centered on you—not on insurance company requirements.

    As a cash-based physical therapy practice, we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with our clients, create truly individualized treatment plans, and make clinical decisions based on your goals rather than insurance limitations or visit restrictions.

    For clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement, we provide a superbill that includes the information and billing codes to allow you to submit a claim with your insurance. Many clients have successfully received reimbursement for physical therapy services, although coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan.

    Because reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier, we cannot guarantee payment or estimate your specific benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to understand your out-of-network physical therapy coverage before beginning care.

    For your convenience, Refinery Physio accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments.

    Our goal is to deliver efficient, results-driven care that helps you move better, feel better, and return to the activities you enjoy. By eliminating insurance barriers, we’re able to provide a more personalized experience and often help clients achieve their goals in fewer visits.

    Refinery Physio is not currently enrolled as a Medicare provider. Due to federal regulations, we are generally unable to provide covered physical therapy services to Medicare beneficiaries on a cash-pay basis.

  • Yes! For your convenience, Refinery Physio accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments.

  • Cash-based care allows for longer appointments, one-on-one treatment, individualized plans, and care decisions based on your goals rather than insurance restrictions.

  • Refinery Physio is a cash-pay practice and does not bill TRICARE directly. As a TRICARE-authorized, non-network provider, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement.

    TRICARE Select: Patients can generally schedule directly without a referral and may be eligible for reimbursement after submitting a superbill. Many patients successfully receive reimbursement.

    TRICARE Prime: Most beneficiaries require a referral from their Primary Care Manager before receiving specialty care. If you plan to seek reimbursement, we recommend confirming referral requirements with TRICARE before your first visit.

    Payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. Coverage and reimbursement decisions are determined by TRICARE.
