Care, Refined

At Refinery Physio, care is designed around how you actually live, move, and perform.

Pain and injury are rarely isolated. They reflect a combination of movement patterns, training habits, past history, and the demands you place on your body. That’s why every session goes beyond the area of symptoms to assess the full system—how you move, how you train, and what your body is adapting to.

This is one-on-one, highly individualized care that blends hands-on treatment with performance-driven rehabilitation. The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain—it’s to restore capacity, refine movement, and help you return stronger and more resilient.

Care is delivered in a private, focused setting, with options that prioritize convenience and consistency when it matters most.

Because results come from the right plan—executed well.

Experience That Performs

I’m Dr. Luressa Edrington, a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with over a decade of experience working with high-performing individuals—including elite athletes and military populations.

My career has been built in environments where performance matters and timelines are non-negotiable. That experience shaped how I practice: efficient, detailed, and focused on getting people back to what they do—without unnecessary delay.

I’ve spent my career within interdisciplinary human performance teams, giving me a broader perspective on how to evaluate and progress the whole person—not just an injury.

My background as a physical therapist, athletic trainer, and health coach allows me to approach care from multiple angles—combining hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and performance strategy.

Refinery Physio was built to offer a high standard of care: tailored to the individual.

What To Expect

Care at Refinery Physio is structured, intentional, and fully one-on-one.

Every client starts with a comprehensive evaluation that looks beyond the site of pain—assessing movement, training habits, injury history, and contributing factors across the full system.

Early sessions often prioritize hands-on treatment to reduce pain and restore mobility. From there, the focus shifts toward building strength, refining movement, and improving how your body performs under real-world demands.

You can expect:

  • A thorough, whole-body assessment—not just the area of symptoms

  • One-on-one sessions with intention and direction

  • Hands-on treatment using advanced clinical skills to get you out of pain and moving better, faster.

  • Treatment may include visceral, fascial and spinal mobilization, manipulation, dry needling, cupping, movement capacity exercises and progression.

  • Clear guidance on how to move, train, and progress

  • A performance-based approach tailored to your goals

The goal is simple:

Help you to feel better, move better and achieve your goals.
